The promoter of this prize draw is Go‑Pak UK Ltd, Go Pak Group, Drumcoo House, 1 Hawkesworth Road, Yate, Bristol, BS37 5NW

Eligibility

This prize draw is open to customers of Go‑Pak Group aged 18 or over. Employees of Go‑Pak Group and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.

How to enter

To enter, participants must complete the Go‑Pak customer survey. Entry into the prize draw is free of charge and no purchase is necessary. All valid survey responses submitted before the closing date will automatically be entered. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided in the survey are accurate and complete. Go-Pak accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received, are incomplete, or contain incorrect information, including where this prevents a winner from being contacted.

Opening and closing dates

The prize draw will open on: Wednesday 1st July 2026. The closing date for entries is: Friday 31st July 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

The prize

The prize is one (1) Apple iPad. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Go‑Pak reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or higher value if necessary.

The prize will be delivered to the winner within 30 days of Go‑Pak confirming the winner's delivery details. If the winner fails to provide valid delivery details within a reasonable period, Go‑Pak reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc.

Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on: Friday 7th August 2026.

Winner notification

The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided in the survey within 5 working days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Go‑Pak reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Go‑Pak may use the winner’s company name and/or first name for promotional purposes, unless requested otherwise.

Data protection

Personal data provided as part of the survey will be used to administer the prize draw and to contact the winner. Go-Pak processes this data on the basis of its legitimate interests in running the prize draw. Where personal data is transferred to or from countries outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, Go-Pak will

ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Participants' personal data will be handled in accordance with Go-Pak's privacy policies.

If participants choose to opt in to marketing communications, their data may also be used for this purpose on the basis of their consent. This is separate from entry into the prize draw, and participants can withdraw their consent at any time without affecting their entry.

General

Go‑Pak reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary, acting reasonably. Go-Pak reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise in breach of these terms, and to take appropriate action in the event of any technical fault, error, or other circumstance affecting the administration of the prize draw. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go-Pak accepts no liability for any technical failures, lost, late, or incomplete entries, or any matters relating to the prize, save that nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The prize draw is governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By entering the prize draw, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accept these terms and conditions. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
