This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by Go-Pak Group during the financial year ended 31 December 2025 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.

Our Business and Supply Chains

Go-Pak Group is a supplier of food packaging and associated products, working with manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers and service partners across the UK and internationally.

As a business operating within global supply chains, we recognise that modern slavery risks can arise in the sourcing, manufacture and transportation of products. We are committed to identifying, assessing and mitigating these risks through responsible sourcing and supplier management practices.

Our Policies and Approach

Go-Pak Group has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. Our commitment is supported by a range of policies and procedures, including:

• Modern Slavery Supplier Labour Standards
• Ethical Sourcing Policy
• Supplier Approval Policy
• Health & Safety Policy

Our Ethical Sourcing Policy requires suppliers to operate in accordance with recognised ethical standards, including the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI) Base Code, relevant International Labour Organisation (ILO) conventions and applicable labour legislation.

Due Diligence and Risk Management

We apply a risk-based approach to supplier selection, approval and monitoring. This includes supplier assessments, review of certifications and audit reports, ethical sourcing requirements and enhanced due diligence where higher-risk suppliers or regions are identified.

Go-Pak uses recognised ethical sourcing frameworks, including Sedex and SMETA, to support the assessment and monitoring of labour standards within our supply chain.

Risk assessments take account of factors such as supplier location, manufacturing processes, labour practices and previous audit findings. Any concerns identified are reviewed and addressed through supplier engagement and corrective action planning where appropriate.

Training and Awareness

We recognise the importance of ensuring employees understand the risks of modern slavery and their responsibilities in identifying and reporting concerns.

Relevant employees involved in procurement, supplier management and operational activities receive guidance and awareness training to support responsible sourcing decisions and the identification of potential modern slavery risks.

Reporting Concerns

Go-Pak encourages employees, suppliers and other stakeholders to raise concerns regarding unethical conduct, labour standards or suspected modern slavery. We maintain reporting and grievance mechanisms to enable concerns to be raised confidentially and investigated appropriately. Where issues are identified, corrective actions are implemented and monitored to ensure effective resolution.

Continuous Improvement

During the financial year ended 31 December 2025, Go-Pak continued to strengthen its approach to ethical sourcing and modern slavery risk management through supplier engagement, risk assessment activities and ongoing review of its policies and procedures. Following this review, a number of key documents and controls were further enhanced during 2026, including updates to our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, Modern Slavery Risk Mitigation Plan and Modern Slavery Supplier Labour Standards. We remain committed to continuously improving our processes and working collaboratively with suppliers to promote ethical, responsible and transparent supply chains.

Approval

This statement was approved by the Board of Directors of Go-Pak Group on 11th August 2026 and constitutes Go-Pak Group's Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
